  • PRE/POST CURSILLO WEEKEND
  • Staff Training Potluck - Friday evening of training. Get supplies from basement storage, set-up, serve, and clean up for dinner. (4-5 people needed)
  • Staff Training Breakfast - Saturday morning of training. Purchase supplies, set-up, serve, and clean up for breakfast. (5-6 people needed)
  • Staff Training Lunch - Saturday lunchtime. Purchase supplies, set-up, serve and clean up for lunch. (5-6 people needed)
  • Sponsors - Contact participant before Cursillo to answer questions, invite to Welcome Home Ultreya. (20-30 people needed)
  • Prayer Banner - Coordinate filling time slots for prayer banner through website. Print names on paper/deliver banner to Palanca Head (2-4 people needed)
  • Phone/E-mail - Make phone calls for 4th Day Heads to fill job slots for all 4th day activities. (6-8 people needed)
  • Palanca Night - Work with Palanca Council Person to coordinate making palanca for upcoming Cursillo (4-6 people needed)
  • Welcome Home Ultreya - Work with 4th Day Council Person to coordinate Welcome Home Ultreya. (4-6 people needed)
  • Housing - A place to stay for staff during training, or before the weekend.
  • THURSDAY
  • Runner - On call as liason to run errands for anyone at Cursillo
  • Prayer Vigil/Team - Coordinate time of prayer/dessert at church in evening (6-8 people)
  • FRIDAY
  • Runner - On call as liaison to run errands for anyone at Cursillo.
  • Staff Photo/Cake Runner - Run errands for Cursillo including picking up photo to make copies, and delivering cake.
  • SATURDAY
  • Runner - On call all day to run errands for anyone at Cursillo, including picking up copies of photos for 4th Day Packets.
  • Serenade - Sat dinnertime. Team to coordinate serenade/music team (2-4 people needed)
  • Party Palanca - Team to coordinate all food and drink palanca for Saturday night party (4-5 people needed)
  • Party Set-Up - Saturday evening. Team to set-up party on Saturday night to include decorations, food, tables, and music equipment. (10-15 people needed)
  • Saturday 4th Day Dinner and Packets - Saturday evening team to coordinate dinner Saturday night for 4th Day at serenade staying to set-up party. Also, coordinate putting together 4th Day packets. (3-4 people needed)
  • Party Clean-Up - Saturday night. Team to coordinate all clean-up after Saturday night party to include re-settig roo, packing all supplies.
  • SUNDAY
  • Runner - On call all day to run errands for anyone at Cursillo.
  • Closing - Team to hand out closing booklets to staff and 4th Day. (4 people needed)
  • Clean Up - Coordinate clean up of Rollo Room and Chapel area. Assist in loading vans. (6-8 people needed)
